A custom journey mapping tool, built in Claude for the way we actually work
Bespoke research platforms promised to unlock insights across the org but each came with the same compromise: adapt the way we work to fit the tool, or accept that insights stayed locked up with the team that gathered them.
We closed the gap with prompt engineering instead. Working alongside our Senior UX Designer and Senior Researcher, we built a custom journey mapping tool powered by Claude.
Designed around our workflow, the intelligence came from engineered prompts and the structure came from how we actually run discovery. The result turned raw research and behavioural data into repeatable journey maps that product managers and commercial leaders could pull up on demand without learning a new tool.
